SÆSON 2 retains the freshness and balance of its predecessor while adding floral smoke. Nettle smoke is cleaner than peat, but earthy. Notes of liquorice and lemon mix together for a completely distinct effect. Why copy Scottish peat when you could do something this interesting (and sustainable)?!
